The DJE Kapital AG has once again received the highest distinction “summa cum laude” in the Elite Report 2025, marking the 22nd consecutive year in which DJE is ranked among the leading wealth managers in the German-speaking region. The award ceremony took place on November 20 in Salzburg.
With 819 out of 1,000 points, DJE reaffirms its outstanding position in a demanding market environment. The Elite Report recognizes DJE’s investment expertise, analytical depth, and the long-term quality of its wealth management services.
DJE achieved top marks in all three key evaluation categories:
the assessment by industry peers
the personal impressions of the testers
the final review, including feedback and proposed improvements
The jury highlighted DJE’s excellent research capabilities, strong analytical depth, and broad investment expertise, all of which benefit both the firm’s mutual funds and its discretionary wealth management mandates. In addition, the evaluators acknowledged the highly customized and target-group-specific investment solutions DJE provides, for example for foundations and corporate clients.
"Receiving the ‘summa cum laude’ distinction once again is a great source of pride for us. Especially in challenging market phases, reliability, active risk management, and deep research prove their value. This recognition reinforces our commitment to delivering long-term, stable, and individualized solutions for our clients—ranging from traditional wealth management to digital investment offerings." - Christian Janas, Member of the Executive Board of DJE Kapital AG
The Elite Report conducts an annual assessment of wealth managers across the German-speaking region. A total of 37 criteria are evaluated, including research quality, investment strategy, client orientation, performance, financial strength, transparency, and cost structure. Given the volatile market environment, performance carried additional weight this year. For the first time, results from the past four years were incorporated into the final evaluation.
Out of 386 firms reviewed, only 51 were classified as recommendable. The highest rating, “summa cum laude,” was awarded to 45 wealth managers. The Elite Report is published in cooperation with Handelsblatt and is based on real client portfolios, around 500 advisory interactions, as well as supporting analyses such as contract and balance-sheet reviews.
This renewed recognition underscores the high quality of DJE’s active, independent investment approach and the dedicated work of its research and portfolio management teams.
